Office Manager

Hi, I'm Ellen. I've been a staff member at Dr. DeGuzman's practice since 1996. I manage all aspects of the office except for clinical. I'm also responsible for all financial accounts.

My favorite part of the job is the pleasure of watching kids and adults receiving beautiful smiles. I'm proud to work for Dr. DeGuzman because she cares about her patients and is very skilled at her profession.

I've been married for over 35 years, and have 2 children and 4 grandkids. I also enjoy gardening, reading, watching old classic movies and being with my family.

Nicole Rokos, RDH

Treatment Coordinator

Hello, and welcome! My name is Nicole. I've been in the dental field since 1999 and started working with Dr. DeGuzman's orthodontic team in 2013. My duties include new patient consultations. I love meeting new people. I also love working with Dr. DeGuzman because she is very patient and is great at explaining things to people.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters and husband.

Dawn Schoppert

Scheduling Coordinator

Hi there, I'm Dawn. I have been a part of Dr. DeGuzman's team since 2009 and I've been in the dental field since 1997. My duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments and checking insurance.

I love the interaction with patients and I feel Dr. DeGuzman is caring and very hands on with all her patients and staff. She's a great doctor to work for.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my three children and attending all their activities: Cheerleading and baseball.

Erika Wilson

Professional Relations Coordinator

Welcome to our practice, my name is Erika. I've worked at the orthodontic practice of Dr. DeGuzman since 2012 and I love getting to see our patients' brand new smiles once their braces come off. Their joy always lights up the office. Dr. DeGuzman is great with all of her patients, very kind and caring with each individual. I'm responsible for marketing, answering phones and greeting our wonderful patients.

When I'm not at the practice helping patients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and taking my daughter to the park.

Shannon Miller

Dental Assistant

Hello, and welcome! My name is Shannon. I've been a staff member at Dr. DeGuzman's practice since 2013. I assist the doctor with anything that she may need, make patients comfortable and ensure that they have a wonderful experience here at DeGuzman Orthodontics.

I love patient interaction and watching them smile at the end of treatment. I also love working with Dr. DeGuzman because she takes time with her patients and ensures that they are completely satisfied with their treatment.

I'm married to Jason Miller (14 years) and we have three wonderful children and a dog. I love being at my pool and watching my children grow and become adults.

Hi, I'm Janet. I've been working in the dental field since 2008 and began working at our orthodontic office in 2013. My duties include anything and everything to help the doctor, assistants and patients.

My favorite part of the job is the patients and co-workers. Awesome team! I love working with Dr. DeGuzman because she is great with the patients and really cares about them and their treatment.

I'm married with three kids. I'm also active in my church and I love life! I'm thankful for each day and the opportunities it brings. I also LOVE the Beatles!!
